Aggregate Data
Search Engine
Miller Samuel collects and analyzes extensive data on the Manhattan residential real estate market which has been converted into aggregate format by neighborhoods, number of bedrooms and ownership type. The statistics presented are number of sales, average price per square foot, average sales price and median sales price.
Some of the aggregate data in this section has also been presented in our market reports. The data series begins in 1989 by quarter or by year and are based on more than 100,000 transactions. The luxury and loft markets are not broken out by number of bedrooms. For more information on the methodology used, go here.

Neighborhood Boundaries Several market areas were selected or combined with other neighborhoods and correspond with commonly known neighborhood boundaries. They were selected for their higher concentration of market activity. When a specific location is omitted, the lack of data density specific to it is usually the reason.
