    Nancy Pelosi was on PBS last night and she called unemployment a lagging indicator. Anybody on here dtill believe that? HELP

    Nice dodge on the Case opinion. You could run for office. I think I got the message. Read the data Case-Schiller publishes, but take the conclusion with a large shaker of salt.
    You handled the difference in perspective and the conclusion therefrom very well indeed.
    Transaction volume? I think the guy you were talking to is right. We are sort of stuck and even though the Pollyanna, field of dreams mentality is certainly alive and kicking in the national economy I think we still need some jobs thrown in the mix, and for many workers that means we need to manufacture something. What in this new global economy will we manufacture?
