Our appraisers are salaried professionals averaging nearly 15 years of full time experience. They are not independent contractors who are simply paid on commission to generate as many reports as they can within a given time frame. We are the only residential appraisal firm in Manhattan, in New York City and one of only a few in the country set up in this manner. This structure allows us to maintain a high degree of quality and consistency which is something our clients depend on. This focus on quality will play a more important role in the lending community as market conditions continue to change.

Our support staff is critical to the reliable and accurate delivery of our appraisal reports. These positions handle incoming inquiries, order entry, status, research, data entry, file management, bookkeeping, report presentation and delivery.

For technology services, we have a chief technology officer and a part-time software developer who are responsible for software development, network management and internet services. We also have a part-time web site developer.
