The Brooklyn housing market continued to move
at a rapid pace. All Brooklyn price indicators rose
above their year ago levels to the second highest
in history, but falling short of the record set in
the prior quarter. Median sales price increased
11.1% to $650,000, the second highest level in
history after the $676,250 record set in the prior
quarter. This was the thirteenth consecutive yearover-
year quarterly increase. Median sales price
for the year 2015 was also $650,000, up 14%
