The Brooklyn housing market continued to
outperform all other boroughs in New York City.
The market remained fast paced with rising sales,
falling inventory and rising sales prices. Median
sales price increased 8.4% to $662,431 from the
prior year quarter to the second highest level
recorded. This was the fourteenth consecutive
quarter with a year-over-year increase in median
