Miami’s coastal mainland housing market reflected rising prices and an uptick at the upper end of the market. Median sales price rose 6.7% to $320,000 from the year-ago quarter, the fifteenth consecutive quarterly increase. Average sales price and median sales price showed similar upward trends.
